Born on November 1, 1968, I graduated from Hosei University Faculty of Engineering.

A book I read when I was 20 years old determined how I would live my life. This is an “independent way of life” that I continue to practice today.

After graduating from university, I learned programming in the C language at a software-related venture company, which I am currently using in my present business.

Following that, in my 20s, I explored various industries and job opportunities in pursuit of an independent way of living. In 2000, when the Internet began to spread worldwide, I founded a web system development company at the age of 30. In 2008, we introduced a versatile reservation management internet system as our own product. At that time, it was the first reservation management system in Japan to support multiple industries, and it received an enthusiastic response. Today, we maintain our position as the leading online reservation management system company in Japan, contributing to society.

Since my 20s, I have always had an interest in foreign countries, particularly emerging nations, and have visited most countries in Southeast Asia. We have invested in land in the Philippines, Indonesia, and Cambodia, anticipating the future development of each country. Japan has a deep historical connection with Bangladesh, and the collective energy of many Bangladeshis serves as a source of economic development for the country. Consequently, we have a particularly strong interest and expectation in the future growth of Bangladesh.

Furthermore, thus far, I have worked as an entrepreneur with the goal of personal growth and asset building. However, in my future life, I plan to transition into the role of an investor, utilizing the assets I have accumulated to contribute meaningfully to the future of the Earth and the world. I intend to relocate to a specific location and lead a life that aligns with my values.

Usha Ranjan Das

Mr. Usha Ranjan is a distinguished individual with a rich and varied career that spans nearly two decades in Hamamatsu, Japan. He is known for his extensive experience as a former United Nations Eiken Interviewer and as a dedicated English educator. His journey, marked by academic excellence and a profound commitment to language education, has been instrumental in fostering global human resources through his institution, Usha English House.

Mr. Usha Ranjan’s professional path began after he graduated from Shizuoka University’s Graduate School of Engineering. He started his career as an after-school English conversation instructor at his alma mater, Shizuoka University. This early teaching experience laid the foundation for his enduring passion for language education.

After completing his university studies in his home country, Mr. Usha Ranjan’s quest for knowledge took him to Singapore, where he pursued further academic endeavors. Subsequently, he embarked on a journey into the corporate world, working for a global company before making the significant move to Japan, where he assumed the role of an engineer.

In 2001, he made a remarkable entrepreneurial leap by establishing Usha English House. This institution became a platform for individuals to enhance their English language proficiency and, more importantly, a tool for self-improvement. The commitment to this vision led to the formal incorporation of Usha English House in 2016.

While Mr. Usha Ranjan is primarily known for his expertise in teaching English conversation, his contributions extend far beyond the classroom. He is actively involved in overseas expansion consulting and shares his knowledge through insightful lectures on a variety of topics. Additionally, his academic pursuits culminated in the achievement of a master’s degree from Shizuoka University Graduate School, a testament to his dedication to continuous learning. His proficiency in three languages adds to his global perspective.

Mr. Usha Ranjan’s connection with Japan is profound. He had always dreamed of living in Japan, a country renowned for its economic strength and technological advancements. However, upon arriving in Japan, he noticed a surprising discrepancy – despite the high standards of English education in Japanese schools, there was a lack of confidence in speaking the language. This revelation ignited his determination to equip people with English skills, not just as a language but as a powerful tool for self-enhancement. His vision for Usha English House is to nurture global human resources through English conversation education.

Beyond his role as an educator and entrepreneur, Mr. Usha Ranjan actively engages with the community. He is a member of the Hamamatsu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where he played an active role in the youth division until 2015, contributing significantly to the local business community. Furthermore, he remains connected to his alma mater, Shizuoka University, as an after-school English conversation instructor. Here, he not only imparts language skills but also valuable presentation techniques and assists with English paper assessments.

Mr. Usha Ranjan’s commitment to education extends to public elementary and junior high schools in Hamamatsu City, where he conducts engaging lectures and cross-cultural experience sessions, fostering cultural understanding among students. Additionally, since 2017, he has been an integral part of the Hamamatsu Industrial Association, strengthening bonds within the local business landscape.

MC Sutradhar, born on 10th June 1969 in the vibrant district of Tangail, is a distinguished professional with an impressive academic background and extensive expertise in the corporate sector. With a passion for accounting and a drive for excellence, MC Sutradhar has made significant contributions to the finance and taxation landscape in Bangladesh.

MC Sutradhar pursued his Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) with a specialization in Accounting from the prestigious University of Dhaka in 1991. Building on his strong foundation, he earned his Master of Commerce degree in Accounting from the same institution in 1992. His academic achievements reflect his dedication to continuous learning and knowledge enhancement.

MC Sutradhar is a respected member of the Dhaka Taxes Bar Association since 2018, showcasing his expertise and commitment to the field of taxation. His active involvement in this professional body demonstrates his passion for staying abreast of the latest developments in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that he provides cutting-edge solutions to his clients.

Apart from his professional commitments, MC Sutradhar is a Life Member of the Lions Club, highlighting his dedication to community service and social welfare initiatives. His philanthropic endeavors reflect his compassionate nature and his belief in giving back to society.

MC Sutradhar currently serves as the General Manager at HawarIT Group, a prominent organization in the IT industry. His role as GM involves overseeing critical aspects of the company’s operations, including financial management, strategic planning, and business development. With his extensive background in accounting and finance, he plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and growth of the organization.
